How do I make a booking?
The easiest way to book and check availability of our products is by booking online, just click on the product you would like and fill out the booking form. If you would like to add more items to your booking then this can be done on the checkout page. once the booking form has been submitted then that's it your all booked in (easy as that)
Are face paints allowed?
Face paints are 100% banned from all our inflatables and soft play equipment, they can react with the material and cause severe staining of which the hirer would be liable for all repair costs.
What if my garden or venue is not suitable for my hired items?
All item measurements and suitable grounds are listed on the product listings. The hirer is responsible for making sure all hired items will fit the space or venue it is to go into (especially ceiling heights for indoor bookings). Any cancellation on arrival due to items not fitting or the grounds not being suitable will be charged in full.
How long does it take for setup?
Please allow up to 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for pack down of all our hire items (however we are normally much quicker than this) with the exception of our balloon displays which depend on the size of setup, and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours for setup.
How do I pay?
You can pay online at the time of booking, otherwise all balances are due 7 days before your event date (you will receive an email with our bank details after booking) with the exception of Bouncy Castle and Soft Play Hires which can be paid via cash on setup if preferred.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible to avoid any unnecessary loading etc. Please take a look at our cancellation policy to check if you'll incur a charge for cancelling.
What if rain or high winds are forecast?
If the weather forecast (1-2 days before your booking) is predicting a rainy or windy day, we advise you to ring us and ask for advice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we feel it would be unsafe due to the weather forecast (as the weather forecast changes so often sometimes this decision could be made on the day of hire).
If we cancel due to weather conditions then no charge or cancellation fees are due.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
We advise that our inflatables should be set up on as even flat ground as possible, however a very slight slope may be possible. Please email us a description and pictures of the area in question.
Do I need to provide anything for the hire?
All inflatables and light up numbers/letters will require a 240v mains power supply (standard UK plug socket) within 25 metres of the setup location, please let us know in advance if it is further away. We may also ask for you to provide up to 2 forms of ID i.e.. Driving Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.
What if I won't be there on delivery / setup?
Please make sure that you have paid the balance in full and made someone on site aware of where you would like things setup or have emailed us pictures of setup location beforehand, otherwise we will setup the items where we think best. Once items have been setup then they will not be able to be moved.
