The perfect combo for a birthday celebration. A large double number stack with 2 sets of helium foil & latex bouquets, These helium bouquets have 3 stars (or hearts if required)-shaped balloons and 2 latex on each set, each display can be changed to suit your colours.
The number stack and middle star (or heart) on the helium bouquets can be personalised to the honourees name, just leave required personalisation and age in the relevant boxes on the order form, if no personalisation is left, the number stack and star balloons will be left plain.
